Delete your Oreviyo account
Account deletion is self-service inside the Oreviyo app. If you need help or cannot access your account, contact support and we will help you complete the process.
Delete your account in the app
If you can access your account, delete it directly from the app:
- Open Oreviyo and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab.
- Open Account.
- In the Danger Zone section, tap Delete account.
- Type the requested confirmation text and confirm deletion.
The in-app flow permanently removes your Oreviyo account and synced trip data from the backend.
Need help?
Use the in-app deletion flow whenever possible. If you cannot sign in, no longer have access to the app, or need support with account deletion, contact us from the email address linked to your Oreviyo account and include the account email address in your message.
Data deleted
When you delete your account, Oreviyo deletes or anonymizes personal data associated with your account where reasonably possible, including:
- account profile information and account identifiers
- synced trips, destinations, flights, itineraries, notes, and packing lists
- saved World locations and related planning content
- shared trip memberships and invitations associated with your account
- uploaded account content, where that feature is available
Data we may retain
Some records may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons. This may include limited subscription or purchase verification records, support correspondence, security logs, and backup copies until they are overwritten under normal backup retention.
Deleting your Oreviyo account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account where the subscription was purchased.
If you create a new Oreviyo account later, reusing the same email address will not reconnect Premium. Sign in to the Apple App Store or Google Play account that owns the purchase, then use Restore Purchases in Oreviyo. Premium access is reconnected only after the store verifies an eligible subscription.
Timing
In-app deletion starts immediately after you confirm. Support requests may require verification that you control the account email address before we can help with deletion.
